Design of High Uniformity Superconducting Magnets

High stability magnet manufacturing:

After the superconducting magnet operates in a closed loop, the magnetic field stability is determined by the internal joint resistance and magnet inductance of the magnet. We use a highly stable and reliable magnetic resonance magnet superconducting joint process, with a magnetic field stability of<0.05ppm/h, to ensure magnetic field stability throughout the entire life cycle of the superconducting magnet.

Design of liquid helium zero volatility or no liquid helium superconducting magnets:

Zero Volatile Superconducting Magnet: The superconducting coil is immersed in liquid helium, and the evaporated helium gas is condensed, liquefied, and returned to the liquid helium container through a refrigeration machine. Therefore, there is no loss of liquid helium during the use of the magnet.

Non liquid helium superconducting magnet: The superconducting magnet does not use liquid helium during operation, and the superconducting coil is cooled to 4.2K through thermal conduction using GM or pulse tube refrigeration. To reduce vibration, the superconducting coil is connected to the refrigerator through a special structure. The refrigeration head of the refrigerator does not directly contact the coil cooling structure, and the cooling capacity is transmitted through a special structure to further reduce vibration.
